FRSFileList starting

(fig. 1: doing a search)

The purpose of FRSFileList is to help you find the largest, the smallest, the oldest, or the newest files on your computer's disk drive. Find the largest file to get rid of those space hogs on your computer. Find the smallest (especially zero-byte) files, because they, too, take up space. Find the oldest to see if those are files with "cobwebs" on them and are really no longer needed. Find the newest file, because how often have you saved or downloaded a file and then can't find it again?

For a quick test, simply press the Go button to see some quick results. This will give you an idea of how the application works. Press the F1 key to view the FRSFileList Documentation Center window, which will give you a lot more details.

How Do I Get the Latest Version?

For free applications we do not support automatic upgrading from within the application. We, therefore, recommend that you check our News page (see above) from time to time to see if we have released a new version of FRSFileList. The application is fairly stable in the feature set we want to include in it, so upgrades shouldn't happen very often. If a new version is made available, simply download it via the "Download" tab above. You can safely install over top of the previous installation, as it will preserve your application settings. Be sure to close the application first, though.
