FRSPCLock is a command-line utility that causes your computer to go into its locked state (password-required state).
FRSPCLock displays no user interface. This is done on purpose, so that you can use it within a .bat file or other scripting file, to trigger the computer to go into its locked after your script does some work. Or, simply double-click on the application's icon on the Windows Desktop, if you had the installation program create a shortcut for you there.
If you are getting ready to step away from your computer for a few minutes, but you don't want to completely log off or shutdown the computer, you could put it into its locked state. Once in its locked state and if you password-protect your computer, anyone attempting to interact with your computer will be prompted for the password. FRSPCLock does the same thing as when you press the Ctrl+Alt+Del key combination, and then select the "Lock Workstation" option. To use FRSPCLock in a Windows command-line batch file, do the following:
"CALL C:\FRS\FRSPCLock\FRSPCLock.exe"
