FRSPCReboot is a command-line utility that causes your computer to reboot.
FRSPCReboot displays no user interface. This is done on purpose, so that you can use it within a .bat file or other scripting file, to trigger the computer to reboot after your script does some work. Or, simply double-click on the application's icon on the Windows Desktop, if you had the installation program create a shortcut for you there.
FRSPCReboot calls the exact same system function that Windows itself uses, so all of your applications will be able to gracefully shut down, and prompt you to save their data, if applicable. To use FRSPCReboot in a Windows command-line batch file, do the following: "CALL C:\FRS\FRSPCReboot\FRSPCReboot.exe"
